It is official, Infiniti has confirmed that they will be unleashing a G37 convertible. 

The car will be available to dealers in Spring 2009 and will be unveiled at the 2008 LA Car Show.

It is crunch time and now I am contemplating on roasting a turkey as well as baking a ham. Join me, as I search for recipes, narrow down my menu, and write down everything I plan on utilizing while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Defrosting a turkey guideline:

• 8- 12 lbs needs 1-2 days to defrost.
• 12- 16 lbs needs 2-3 days to defrost.
• Rule of thaw: for every 5 pounds defrost for 24 hours.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey (dry herbs): Prep time 4 hrs and 15 minutes. Uses 8 ingredients.

Butter Herb Roasted Turkey (fresh herbs): Prep time 4 hrs and 35 minutes. Uses 9 ingredients.
